Exteriors
Unlimited, Inc.
We started in 1990 as D&B Construction
and subcontracted for several companies as installers to get a
feel for the different products available in the siding and window
industry . In 1992, we incorporated as Exteriors Unlimited, Inc.
and started our own sales and installation company. Since that
time, we have taken many classes to become certified with different
siding and window products. We have built a large referral network
of very satisfied customers because we use only premium products,
provide expert installation, and offer LIFETIME MATERIAL and LABOR
warranties.We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, and
have received awards for commitment to quality from several siding
manufacturers.
Our
Employees
Most siding companies do not have employees.
They sell you a job and then hire a subcontractor to install your
product . We feel that employees play an important role in any
business. Our crews are full time employees that work for us exclusively
and complete every job the way we (Exteriors Unlimited and You
) have decided it should be done.
Installation Tecniques
- Most companies nail your siding and accessories on your house
with roofing nails. We use corrosion resistant wafer head screws
for all siding installations.
- We use larger, nicer 3
or 4 piece outside corners to compliment your home.
- Our window and door wraps are built to cover the J channel
needed for siding installation. This provides for trimwork that
resembles mitered wood and eliminates the look of vinyl siding.
- We show you a variety of manufactured
vinyl trim pieces (gable vents, light and outlet blocks,
shutters, dentil moldings, door and window surrounds, etc.)
that add character to any home.
- The majority of our window installations are done from the
exterior of your home. This creates less mess inside and allows
us to seal the new replacement window multiple times eliminating
99.9% of air infiltration.
