  • SIDING
    All siding products offered will be 44 mils thick or greater. All horizontal siding products will be offered in extended lengths where applicable (16' 8" Alside Charter Oak, 25' Royal Woodland). All insulation underlayment will be a minimum of 1/2" extruded foam, shiplapped or tongue and grooved to inhibit air infiltration. All areas next to foundation of house will have aluminum foundation cap installed. All siding and accessories will be installed with wafer-head screws sized to the application. All exposed J channel will be mitered and cut correctly to allow for proper water drainage. Light, faucet, and outlet blocks will be installed where applicable. There will be no seams in any wall length less than the length of the siding material used. In the event of seams, they will not be stacked or stairstepped. All siding, soffit, and accessories will be installed with wafer head screws sized to the particular application.
  • SOFFIT AND FASCIA
    Fir down soffit where applicable for a square, clean look. Insulate the bottom of all boxouts to increase energy savings. Miter all exposed J channel. Cut extra soffit vents to improve attic ventilation. Replace rotten fascia boards as needed. Glue gable fascia trim to existing wood fascia to prevent blow-off. Miter inside and outside corners of soffit. Reinforce fascia by hemming top and bottom of fascia.
  • DOOR AND WINDOW WRAP
    Remove storm doors and storm windows prior to wrapping. Caulk J channel to window and door trim. Trim wrap all windows and doors to cover siding J channel and fabricate the look of brickmold. Caulk all inside corners. Reinstall storm windows and doors.
  • WINDOW INSTALLATION
    We use a drop cloth at each window. Remove window treatments as needed. Remove window sashes from exterior of home when possible. Install new window according to manufacturer's instructions using OUR five step caulking and insulating process. Check for proper operation. Clean window. Reinstall window treatments. Vacuum work area.
  • MISCELLANEOUS
    As a company, we are covered. We carry general liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, and will provide references with every estimate. We offer both LIFETIME LABOR and MATERIAL warranties. Our jobs are cleaned up daily. Payment upon completion can be in the form of check, VISA, MasterCard, six months same as cash, or long term 100% financing.
